  They gave away my I.D. And s.s. card and a bag of my belongings, then just said oh well. Also, I cannot change my address from there and no one seems to give me an answer as to why I can't change my address from there to a home address. I've asked multiple workers and they just don't want to help me resolve the issue, nor care. Dominique is just rude and nasty all of the time, it doesn't matter how you act as a person, she has an attitude that doesn't quit. If you complain about her, they act surprised like they don't already know.

  Very nice ppl working there. They have to deal with many rude customers all day. Nice variety and they always have tag sales going on to save $.

  What has happened to the Salvation? Particularly M.A.T.T.S. shelter? They use to be very charitable. I would find myself homeless and would be welcomed in for breakfast ANYTIME. They have become very uncharitable and their staff is very disrespectful to those in need to say the least. If their donations have dropped, i would completely understand why. Do what you set out to do Salvation Army. Somewhere in the last five years or so, you lost sight of that goal and now everything is about bottom line. The homeless need you to go back to actually caring about their welfare once again.
